Jordan Fain
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Jordan founded Kini in 2021. Prior to founding Kini, Jordan had multiple international launch and scale experiences at CSS (Otter) and Uber/Uber Eats. At CSS, he was the head of international expansion and launched in 28 new markets in 12 months, building a team of greater than 100 B2B sales & ops across EMEA & APAC. At Uber, he led various roles, including leading Uber’s rider growth team in SE Asia and being GM of Uber Eats in 11 markets in LATAM. Additionally, he launched Uber Eats in Japan, growing the team from five to 120 employees with over $100M in gross merchandise value (GMV). Jordan hails from Australia, he holds a degree in accounting and finance from UNSW in Sydney.
Sidnei Budiman
Chief Technology Officer
Sidnei is responsible for developing Kini’s product and implementing new features embedded within the platform. Prior to joining Kini, he had 20 years of experience in multiple fintech roles developing some of Indonesia’s largest fintech products for corporations such as MNC Group, CMK Group, and Bank CIMB Niaga. The products Sidnei has helped built are used by millions of Indonesians and process millions of transactions daily. In his last role, Sidnei founded a company called Blimpcom where he built an engineering team from zero to over 40 in multiple markets backed by Softbank. He holds a master’s in computer engineering from UNSW and bachelor of computer science and technology of University of Sydney.
