Larry Jasinski
CEO
Mr. Jasinski is the Chief Executive Officer of Argo Medical Technologies, a company that has created and commercialized the first Exoskeleton Technology which enables paralyzed individuals the ability to walk again. From 2005 until 2012, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Soteira, Inc., a company that offered products which treated individuals with vertebral compression fractures which was sold to Globus Medical. From 2000 to 2005, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Cortek, Inc., a company that developed next-generation treatments for degenerative disc disease which was sold to Alphatec. From 1985 until 2001, he was at Boston Scientific Corporation serving in multiple Sales, Marketing, R&D and General management roles including as VP of Sales, Marketing and Project Management for the Peripheral Vascular Division of Boston Scientific. At BSC, his technical experience ranged from early management of the drug delivery programs, multiple vascular therapeutic and implant technology programs and establishing BCS wide project management systems. He also has significant market development and expansion experience with peripheral angioplasty and stenting. His subsequent roles have focused on spinal implants to treat pain and repair fractures. Mr. Jasinski received a B.S. in Marketing from Providence College and an M.B.A. from the University of Bridgeport.
Dr. Amit Goffer

Dr. Goffer is the inventor of the ReWalk™, a device that enables people with lower limb disabilities to stand, walk, ascend/descend stairs and more. Dr. Goffer founded Argo Medical Technologies Ltd. in 2001, served as CEO and CTO until 2012 and is serving as President and CTO since. Previously, Dr. Amit Goffer founded Odin Medical Technologies Ltd., (now Medtronic Navigation Israel) a company that develops, manufactures and commercializes Intraoperative MRI systems, designed for use by neurosurgeons in standard operating rooms. Dr. Goffer holds B.Sc. from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, M.Sc. from Tel-Aviv University, Israel and Ph.D. from Drexel University, Philadelphia, USA, all in Electrical & Computer Engineering.
Ami Kraft

Ami brings 35 years of extensive experience as CFO and VP Finance of multinational US and Israeli High-Tech companies. Among those are Zoran Corporation, a US high- tech company with facilities in US, Israel, and other countries, where he served as VP Finance and CFO, actively involved in all NASDAQ IPO aspects, Kulick & Soffa Inc, a US high-tech company, where he served as the CFO of the Israeli subsidiary and international controller of the US parent company, responsible for 6 international controllers in the Far East, Europe and Israel. Ami is the Graduate of the Executive Institute MBA program, Stanford University, USA, and holds a B.A. in Public Accounting from Haifa University, Israel.
