Ex Libris was acquired by ProQuest in 2015, which in turn was acquired by Clarivate (CLVT) in 2021 for $5.3B.

Ofir started Taranis in 2015. Prior to starting Taranis, Ofir served in an elite technological unit of the Israeli prime minister’s office at just 19 years old while in the Israeli military. He developed and led groundbreaking technology for classified projects. Ofir earned a BSc in math and computer science and a MSc in cryptography from Bar-Ilan University.

Gershom Kutilroff

Prior to joining Taranis, Gershom was the CTO and co-founder of ClearVuze developing autonomous drone solutions. He was CTO of Omek Interactive, a human-computer interaction company acquired by Intel in 2013. He is an inventor on over 25 issued patents. Gershom received his PhD and MSc in applied mathematics from Brown University and his BSc in applied mathematics from Columbia University.
